Headed out the door for a ride around the island to check on a few things. Then back here to enjoy what should be mostly a day of rest, but I'll probably put in a few hours on a new project or two.

Just another day of fun and sun in the rain.

Didn't really get any work done yesterday but did get Leopard installed on all our Macs plus went to the gym and did some more yard work done.

Going to try to get some work done today and catch Dexter tonight and what ever else blows up my skirt.

Lost a crap load of $$ yesterday at the palms.. I blame boredom. Which would explain the 5 hour nap I took yesterday ...which threw off my whole sleep/non-sleep pattern. It is a BITCH to get old.

I plan to spend this morning playing catch-up then in the afternoon we are headed to the Mandalay for a BBQ cook off in honor of the pro-bull (and bullshite) riders in town.

goodmorning all

its 3:54 midday here, our clock went to winter time last night, so one hour of more sleep, i slept 12 hours and it felt great!
Tomorrow my kids go back to school again because their holiday of a week is over YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
Because i still dealing with a cold i am not welcome at the hospital to visite my fatherinlaw and YES i know its bad thinking, but hell its nice to not go to the hospital since 3 weeks, in those 3 weeks now, i am getting a bit more time for myself again and i needed that to think straight again, i still have alot of shit to deal with, online and offline and i still walk in my pyamas

oh i forgot and my woolen socks

Never a dull moment it seems like around here. We learned last night that next year at this time we may be living in Hawaii

Congrats, Hawaii is a gorgeous place.

Be aware that there are a couple of drawbacks to keep in mind if/when you have to make that decision on moving there or not. First, the place is an island so everything you'll need or want to go do must also be on the island. Second, it can be difficult for a haole (newcomer, non-native) to make many friends.
