I have a number of templates with 15 pictures only, and about 95% of TGPs in my submit list are fine with it - but it's still a waste of time (handsubmitting!) when you've filled in the form only to get rejected for image count!


There are site which request only 12 or so, but I guess with under 15 you'd have a hard time to get into any larger TGP.
