Link Admin used by Greenguy and others has a feature to only allow 1 submit per IP per 24 hours. There's no way to get around it without turning it off which isn't going to happen.
I allow more than 1 submit per day and if someone was going to do that fine if they let me know ahead of time and I trust them. |
