Are they cheating?

The fact of the matter is that most LL's are going to figure this out, gnalik has already been tagged as a multi-submitter on many link lists. It has been said numerous times on this board as well that you should get your own hosting.

I have worked in the ISP world for quite some time and the odds that you get assigned an ip one digit off, on the same day is pretty rare.

I just think it seems very suspicious is all.
