Nochex is good - I've had an account for years, but it's UK only.
imho Money Bookers is better for non-US residents as they accept a load of countries and have a direct to bank cash transfer option. ATM fraud is rife in Europe, so it's not attractive to many of us as a collection method. Why not have epassporte and Money Bookers as options to get the widest coverage. btw - PayPal reversed a cleared funds transaction on me, so I wouldn't touch them. Good job I took the money out before they got to it.  |
