Just a thought here - with No Actual legal advice behind it -
What if All US webmasters that have recieved the Acacia letters counter sued in small claims court in their Home Counties? (ie 1,000+ webmasters in 1,000+ different counties) Yes, damage limits may be limited to $500.00-$1000.00 but I'm guessing it sure would be a mess for their lawyers to try and figure out. Just a thought - replies welcomed
