Boogie, the only thing that I would add to that list is somethign I see very few sponsors do (in fact CEcash is the only place I know of that has something vaguely like this).
If I opened a program I would have a section that had "top converting ads" so my webmasters could see what types of ads were selling the best, and they could use those ads for themselves. I figure the people who own the pay sites know how to convert best with them, so why not share this information to their webmasters?
