Sue - I'm glad you found a temporary solution at least. That just sucks!

Not that it helps you, but it seems the same everywhere - try to get support for a legitimate problem & you get fucked around, whereas there's all these deadbeat assholes sitting home collecting money for nothing. It really pisses me off

I'll tell you, though - one thing I have learned is that the squeeky wheel DOES get the grease - you should yell long and loud about this and I bet you'll see some action.
