there's 100 squeege people on the corner and when the cops arrest em what happens

the same could be said for graffiti
1 person writes his name on the wall and its not really a huge deal
but hundreds do it and the city looks like shit

plus it takes a lot of time and effort to remove that stuff

but what happens to the graffiti artists that get caught
a slap on the hand

all I am saying is let the punishment fit the crime
