Does anyone have any good resources to get the following information?

which sponsors offer RSS feeds for affiliates?
which sponsors offer hosted blogs for affiliates

how to's on;

setting up and updating RSS feeds
software for creating RSS feeds

resources I already have;

sorry if this seems very short and sweet. but I have a tendency to make really long posts and I didnt want to make anyone read through 15 paragraphs of my ramblings to get to the point

any help would be appreciated.
