Good (Chilly) Morning World

It was in the 50s with very strong wind gusts around 5:30 this morning. Had some coffee and bundled up a little for a top-down drive to the bank and post office. More coffee to warm up when I got home and took care of the usual stuff so I can knock off early today.

I wonder what a small 3 bedroom 2 bath house costs in the Keys?

Too damn much for what you get. Something really small with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath can cost you $350k and it won't be on or near the water. If you want something bigger with 'water-access' (meaning it's on a boating canal that leads to open water) you'll find yourself over $500k pretty quick. But it's a buyers' market down here right now.
