Is there an adult "ad sense"?

As already mentioned there are a few places out there. My experience is they are a waste of time. You might be better off putting up a few pages for a movie site or promo free ezines on em. I have one domain that I just categorized free ezines on that brings in a few bucks a week. Not much but it didn't required much work either.
