Also try to attend the "On the Bench" sessions with MrMaryLou. You get really good information off those sessions, especially for newbies. Bring a note pad and pen. Saturday at 3pm EST. Really GREAT information. Also the radio show/chat on Tuesday night you can find some interesting ideas, as GG&J interview different people from the industry. You might even want to go back and listen to the archives. Some of the shows, like the one with Tommy was really informative.

and with that same pad and pen, read each forum..

GG&J also have free content every few weeks, so that's a good source.
