Good morning world
 In case anyone is traveling in Wales and wonders how to pronounce this sign, here's a link to the audio file.  Evidently it translates to "Tourists Are Welcome!"  (actually it means "St Mary's Church in the hollow of the white hazel near to the rapid whirlpool of LLantysilio of the red cave.")
