Good "new week" morning to you all

Big news here this weekend... I'm going to be a grandfather again in about 7 months.

I don't think our kids have any idea how old they're making us feel ...lol I guess since our youngest son just finished up his first year in college though that we can't be considered all that young. I keep telling the wife though that it's all in comparison and if she starts to feel "to old" I'd take her on a tour of one of the local retirement centers. If that isn't enough to make a middle aged person feel young again, nothing is

Got done playing mechanic this past weekend and the truck is ready to go now with a new water pump and brakes. I will admit that I spent a large portion of the working time trying to figure out why the hell I used to like turning wrenches as much as I did though ... lol All set up for a few planned road trips in the near future now

A little motorcycle mechanic activity is in the schedule at one point this week. One bike needs a few seals in the carb replaced and another one needs a rear tire/rim change out. At least it's raining here for the next few days so I won't miss out on any nice weather while working in the shed on them.

OK, time to get to work and ponder also why the hell I ended up typing this much to begin with
