Do more. Not necessarily more free sites and galleries though - at least not the ones meant for submission. Keep building pages and adding on to your empire. The best thing about building pages that aren't being submitted is that you don't have to follow anyone else's rules.

Do some blogging and create niche hubs. Link it all together. Traffic should slowly increase. You can even create free blogs at thumblogger and link from them to your hub domains. It's a decent way to build inbound links without worrying if someone is going to fuck you.
