JustRobert Bow Ties Are Cool Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: California Posts: 9,696	Good Morning We sold our last rental unit yesterday It's a low income house down in Georgia so not a lot of money but I was able to get it sold as is which is good since it needed a new roof. Cost of the roof would of taken 2 to 3 years to recoup the money. Today is just biz stuff and a fresh buzz on the old noggin.
