Good Morning

Today is the last of nice days, 70's F, with rain moving in maybe tomorrow. SoCal is suppose to get hit hard but where I'm at will be off and on for over a week. Guess I should go pick up that sump pump after all to be on the safe side. Plus if I get it we won't get too much rain but if I don't a river will run through the property.

So today I need to run a bunch of errands while I can in

and then it will be the typical biz stuff.
