OUCH -- My Neck!!

I was just taking a shower and I kind of cricked my neck. I sometimes crack it like some people do knuckles. Anyway, got a shooting pain right up left side of my neck, right into my head.

I literally cannot turn my head to the left because of the pain. And looking up is likewise agony.

I've basically got my chin on my chest, facing to the right. Like this I'm not in too much pain.

What a fucker!!

I hate doctors and hospitals, so I'm gonna leave it until tomorrow. If it hasn't eased up anyway, then I'll make a trip to the hospital.
