How to Prevent Ad Blocking ?!

Hey All.
recently i came across some heavy issue that i believe making us all loose lots of money !
to many internet surfers these days using Firewall's usually they have Ad Blocking build in ! Some Anti Virus and Popup Blocking Soft also Block all Ads so when surfers finally gets to our sites he don't see any banners and we loose sales

does anyone knows how to fight it ?
