wegcash: Another company declines email promotions

Got this off their site... they are serious, special page, digital signature stuff:

Effective immediately, WEGCash will not accept, and will not pay commissions for, any leads generated by email solicitations. If you wish to review our amended terms and conditions you may do so here under the heading "No E-Mail Promotion Allowed". If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact support@wegcash.com. To view your stats you must enter the contact name on your account to digitally sign and accept the changes to our terms of service.

That is another bigger company doing that.
