Toshiba repaired my laptop and diagnosed the 30gb hard drive with Linux as 'defective' so they felt it in their responsibility to replace it with a 60gb and a fresh load of XP.

Boy am I glad I shipped a drive from an older machine rather than my original drive.

But, hey, the fan doesn't run in hyperspeed all the time, and so far, it hasn't locked up.
