RawAlex Took the hint. Join Date: Mar 2003 Posts: 5,597	Ponygirl, the problem is US affiliates will make the mistake and start using them without the documents, and then get in trouble. So instead of allowing us to be adults, programs are choosing to play it safe. Oh well! Alex
