Actually it appears that all the DOJ employees are surfing the net to find all the porn to go after.
Additionally, there seems to be significant traffic from right wing religious extremists downloading tremendous amounts of porn before their friends in the facist administration can shut it all down. Those are the two reasons for internet problems.  |
