Question about AOL users

I had a couple of people canceling and giving the reason "problems with movies/videos"

But I couldn't figure it out and today a guy actually called me and told me what was happening and when I asked him to view the movies with IE or moozila it was fine they played. But in his AOL browser it would prompt him for the user/pass info when he clicked the movie link and when he entered it it would redirect him back to the index of the members site.

I don't know anything about AOL does anyone know why this happens? As he didn't know until I asked him to try IE.

Thanks people |rock|
