free sites with excessive consoles will not be listed !!

Hi all I just reviewed a site and clicked on a tour and got hit with a bunch of exit consoles that were immune to the 3 pop-up blockers I have and on top of that set off norton with a download trojon... I was gonna ban and delete a 116 sites to a regular submitter but maybe he didnt know.. So I will give him the benifit of the doubt.. IMO I think the time is coming to be like the tgps and not list free sites with consoles on the tours, I know I wouldnt come back to a LL that I just got put through the ringer and set off an alert...

Infact I been stepping up on strictness on listing any sites... To many people trying to get listed with shitty content... way to many people submitting the same sponsor, same pay site and generally the same content... day after day...

and in general way to many submitters using tricky text links to trick surfers to the tour... and a lot of board members that submitt should know better.. looks like private submitters are a soon thing on my LL..

also way way to many submitters are using to big of graphics for ads.. when I was on vacation reviewing on dialup and you have to wait for a page to load with a HPA and another big HOZ banner.. that surfer is gone.. people on dialup buy too and when they have to wait a hour to see your page your gonna loose a sale...

And then you get those newer webmasters that email you back after a rejection(i send very few) That say hey I am not posting shit for free... think yes you are.. your chasing people away from your free site and the site its on.. big flashing ads and text or more free pictures here and then they get hit with a bunch of consoles.. LOL..

then you have the same people using sponsor content day after day and whats bad is mostly its over used.. I can see if you cant afford any.. then use something that is not used by everybody.. I use sponsor content mostly movies but I also buy picture content.. and there's a time when you gotta buy and it seems nobody wants to buy anymore... I dont know about others peoples LL but the free sites are, been getting bad... who knows maybe the death of being able to submitt to LL will be that the submitters will ruin it for themselfs.. and almost all LL in the very near future will have a small number of very trusted private submitters and more and more HFS will rule the LL..
