ePassporte applicaqtion declined - again

It looks like it's almost impossible to get an ePassporte account as a foreigner... Grrr!

Can't do much business without one anymore, and every time I try to get one the application gets declined despite running through a secure server with my home bank, where I have to confirm the transaction, and where my credit card details are kept as 'verified' - IT SUCKS big time! Emails get not replied to, so here I'm sitting and fuming...

Not that I'm in a country of dubious reputation (so I thought...): Australia, and my VISA card is with one of the biggest australian banks: Commonwealth Bank.

Any idea what to do differently to get a fu@#ing ePassporte?

[No - I don't have a second card - had no need for it so far]
