Be the first (only?) site on a PR3 link page of your theme

So here I was going to delete some old dumb unused link pages on one of my sites when I notice that they are all PR3! Seems a waste to delete, but I haven't got any links on them so I thought I'd offer them here.

The pages are currently "empty"; they have no real links on them, some of them have a couple of dummy links, and they have ugly navigation links.

If I get a real link on them then I'll rmeove the dummy links, fix up the navigation and including the page into the site menu structure; e.g. the page will become even better.

Here are the categories (I know, they are dumb, like I said I was going to delete them but it seems a waste of PR).
