tech trouble need help asap - i am screwed!

i am having a very strange problem, i can goto any sites but my own. i checked with host my sites are up and a few others went and said they are fine. i did a system restore and reset browser etc. i had my power go down for about 15hours so was complelty offline, and i have a router, but everthing is ok other that this my internet phone is on i can goto every site online but my own?? what the hell do i do i am going crazy!
