The problem with small judges

I suppose it would really depend on what type of scrutiny was applied in making the decision.

Out right thief or,
one business taking from another but the first business not having copyright protection.

The second will not help ones reputation working online.
That probably should be pointed out to the newer people starting out online.
You steal someones work in the online business and get called out on it, your more than likely done, as far as being trusted.
