Firstly, I'm sure your wife is a lovely person Jim, but don't let her inflict that Eastenders stuff on you. That's just cruel.
 When someone says "Cheers" as a thank you I don't think any response is required. Maybe a "No problem" at a push, or more recently a "No worries", but usually it's a final statement of thanks that requires no reply.  |
