Blog modus operandi...quantity or quality?

I was wondering what your thoughs where on the preffered modus operandi for a blogger, go for quantity like I mentioned in another thread, or go for quality with fewer. It seems as though more of you are opting for the latter, but I could be mistaken.

I can imagine that there is a limit on how many blogs one can operate successfully without letting them go to shit. Unless you can hire a team of monkeys to blog for you
