Rule #1 my recip must be with the big boys?
I just spent the past few hours looking at the lists that dont list my sites and Ive noticed one rule that seems to be on every one of them. Its the "my recip should be with the "bigger" link lists" rule.
My question is, if a site has sent you zero visitors, do you still put them on a page with sites that send you the most? Is it fair to put them with the sites that have sent you the most before they have even proven that they can or will send you ANY visitors? Are these sites just PR and traffic leaches? If Ive submitted 10 sites over the past month, if these sites havent listed me once is it time to remove them from my submit list? How do you organize your recips? When do you call it quits with a link list, even if you think they may possibly send a decent amount of traffic? My thought is that recips should be based on who sends you the most traffic. When I build my sites I start at the top of the referrer list and work my way down until its not relevant anymore. Thanks in advance WB |
