Spam Blocker??

I need a spam blocker. Spam is getting WAY out of control. Because of all the domains I have online I cannot deal with this shit anymore. I know I am missing emails from people that are important. I come home from a weekend with 1000's of emails over many email addresses.

Anyone recommend a spam blocker? I want something that simply blocks it altogether I guess like Spam Arrest where the person needs to reply. Hopefully it will allow me to add in "approved" email addresses so I still receive emails from sponsors. Filters suck ass. Common words are used too often to black them out.

Any suggestions?
