1) He is giving away content that doesn't belong to him. Which is illegal, and in England ignorance is no defence.

2) He understands how to remain anonymous, both the .co.uk and .org whois info is "private".

3) Even if he isn't making money, he is stealing potential customers. It costs money and time to produce content, it costs money and time to develop sites to sell the content. We are talking about people legally making a living here, and he is damaging the business as a whole.

He can't give stuff away like that and get away with it. The reason he can't find any "genuine free sites" on the internet is because they end up being prosecuted because they were operating illegally. It's only a matter of time before he ends up in court and if any of those Hooker pics turn out to be under age, then he'll end up a registered sex offender on top of any copyright action taken against him.
