He Is probably just an amateur having fun
Why not email him (link is on website) and inform him. If he is in England he is probably clueless. He is not trying to make money or rip anyone so why not just contact him and point out the error of his ways??

It's only a matter of time before he ends up in court and if any of those Hooker pics turn out to be under age, then he'll end up a registered sex offender on top of any copyright action taken against him.
