multiple index question

I've searched and read the past topics on this and can't find an answer to my question but then again I am on cold medicine and generally dense anyway ;-) I am too the point where I can start submitting to multiple tables and plan to submit to 3x12 for now. What I would like to do is just create a new folder for each index page. Would there be any issue with the other pages only being in the first folder? Here is an example:

keyword-keyword/index.htm
keyword_keyword/index.htm
keywordkeyword/index.htm

The 2nd page and gallery pages on the second two indexes would be under the keyword-keyword path...
