After a month on my diet and exercising I was disappointed with the results but now at 5 weeks I've lost 10 pounds down to 113 and lost almost 2" in my waist. Seems to be really coming off faster now that the low carb ketosis has kicked in

Dentist said an old filling is cracked and needs to be re-filled and another tooth has so many fillings from my youth that the tooth is about to fall apart so I need a crown (at a cost of $845.00

) Oh well, I can't take it with me so I might as well give it to the dentist

Maybe the porn gods will smile on me and send a few more sales
