A lawyer is your best place to get legal info. Call around and find one that deals in what your want to know about, schedule an appointment and lay a 20 dollar bill on his desk and say "Tell me when that runs out". Start asking your questions. Lawyers LOVE to talk and you'll be amazed how much info you can get for $20.00
