The should be spanked but I can't imagine they're the only team taping signals. They just happen to be the only team with a guy standing in plain view on the sidelines.
What about listening in on the play calling frequency? There really isn't much that you can do other then fine the team. I think they need to change this rule any way and have the players make the calls on the field. |
