Like Useless Warrior, I too have the unchecked lotto tickets by my monitor. The minifridge keeps me from having to move too far from the computer, and the plant adds fresh air, like I've actually gone outside or something!
My Office As for the dual screens, I tried it but wasn't a fan. Who knows though, might give it another chance someday.
