Help with new paysite

Ramster, thanks! Your help is really appreciated. Do you mean you looked at the tour and didn't like it, or that you didn't see a tour?

I modeled the site after some successful sites in this genre. But they use several methods of bringing visitors into the site. Mainly, there is either a front page like mine, or an intro page with only three or 4 buttons, like Members, Join, Tour. I would like to know what people think might work better.
