Totally new to this

I want to start my own paysite where I take pictures of local models wearing skirts, heels and thongs (No nudity). However, I don't konw much...just a little HTML and that's it.

Where do I start? I'm thinking of buying Frontpage or Dreamweaver and learning how to build a website that way.

I got a couple models ready to shoot.

I'm just a chump with a dream. Please help with advice on where to begin this journey.
