Create a POV website

Hello,

Anyone here have experience creating a POV website and being the male talent at the same time? I want to do this. However, I saw somewhere online that it is illegal to shoot POV video yourself. I contacted some agencies to book a chick. They want to see my "work" and references. Since I am new to this, I don't have either. How did you guys got past this first hurdle when you were starting?
