Macromedia Fireworks 8 for anything with graphics ( also expensive cs5 )
EditPlus 2.xx for anything else .
Arles Image Web Creator for bulk image resizing
Snagit for capturing screenshots
Total Commander ftp client
Notepad ++ for super beer stuff

10 mozilla firefox plugins
thunderbird mail client
5 different browsers; IE, Chrome, opera, ff, safari

and finally Pandora to get lost in action.
