Hi all, I've been noticing a very unpleasant chargeback and refund pattern with ccbill in the last 2 month. Usually, chargebacks, refunds and returned checks alltogether are less than 1.7% of my sales. This month I'm at 6.5%! Last month it was pretty much the same. I had 6 chargebacks just for yesterday.
CCBill claims all these subscriptions are related to fraud and that they just can't do anything about it except blacklisting the credit card and/or the customer. Is there anyone here with the same problems? Any advice? I'm really considering switching to another credit card processing cy.
