I realized I had no idea what my virutal visa number was, as I used to just log in to epassporte to use it. Fortunately, I had the info stored with my electric company, as I've used it to pay electric bills, and just made a payment on the bill for almost the full amount (in case there was a fee) and it went through fine.
 So I'm happy.
