Help I'm ethnically challenged

Some months ago I ended up with some Asian content so I started doing what anybody in this business does and started promoting Asian porn. I was surprised that it converts pretty decent so I've been doing more Asian stuff.

Problem is I see categories of for Japanese, Korean, Chinese, etc., but I can't tell the difference what is what when I look at the content so I'm stuck just picking the safe choice of Asian. Actually I had the same problem when I lived in San Francisco and learned just to stick with using Asian so as not to upset or insult anyone.

Anyway how do others handle picking the correct sub category?
