Actually what happened is the guy, Darren James, went down to Brazil to shoot a video there and came back and that's when he tested HIV positive. Of course the issue is he did a few movies when he got back to LA so there's the problem.

The bigger problem is Brazil is known to be highly HIV infested yet he and the production company, run by TTBoy, did not where condoms. A lot of people are pissed about it.

Jenna Jameson is the one who has called for a halt and her company (one of the largest) has halted everything for 60 days.
