Good Morning
Been busy since I took on this house project. Since my last report we got the near quarter acre back yard wiped clean down to dirt (hired crew). It had numerous trees and 6 ft overgrown weeds so you really didn't get how big it was, at least for a subdivison. And while the crew was there we also had the two trees out front ripped out as well.
Unfortunately when doing that a bunch of pipes (sprinkler system) were busted out due being run over by or just the weight of the excavators driving to the backyard. Home Owners Association got a bit upset (they handle all the watering/cutting of front yards) when numerous spots in our lawn had water shooting out of the ground and they had to shut down the whole subdivision to send out one of their people to make sure a main line wasn't popped (it wasn't). Now only our house is shut off for sprinklers until it's fixed. Joy
Other than that I did get a couple bedrooms prepped for painting.
